Rick Stepp

Rick Stepp is the principal of GreenHome Georgia, LLC which he founded in 2009.  Rick provides Energy Consulting to builders and developers, along with third-party verification for green programs. Prior to establishing GreenHome Georgia Rick spent 12 years in the construction business where he was responsible for managing an eleven-member team and multiple concurrent design projects for residential subdivisions, townhome developments, commercial retail shops, and small industrial projects. Rick started his career working for a local government reviewing and approving construction plans for compliance with Douglas County standards and code requirements. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and holds the designation of Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia.
